Casebook on Corporate Governance - the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

These, together with the increase in the number of foreign listings on the Singapore Stock Exchange and the nation's steady rise in stature as a reputable financial centre, have propelled much interest, discussion and emphasis on the development and promotion of good governance practices among listed companies here.

Casebook on Corporate Governance will feature case studies of examples of real corporate governance cases in Singapore.
