Singapore Civil Procedure 2007 CD ROM The publication of the first edition of the Singapore Civil Procedure in 2003 marked a milestone in the documentation of developments in procedural law in Singapore up to the year 2002. Four years later, the second edition of the Singapore Civil Procedure was published in 2007. It included changes that were brought about by the numerous amendments made between 2004 and 2007, the most noteworthy being the extensive set of amendment which were made on 1 January 2006. Similar to the first edition, the 2007 edition was the result of the collective work of a number of experience members of the Bar and officers of the Legal Service.
