• Online Content Package promotion is valid until June 30, 2018 and available only to mid-tier law firms as defined by the Law Society of Singapore as law firms with 6-30 fee-earners.
• The Package price is valid for a term of twelve (12) months from the date Thomson Reuters processes your order (“Commencement Date”) and shall continue for twelve (12) complete calendar months (“Fixed Term”). For the avoidance of any doubt, the Package shall expire upon the expiry of the Fixed Term, unless otherwise renewed or extended as agreed in writing between you and Thomson Reuters.
• Any offer of rebate to law firms (for an amount equal to 60% of the Package Price) is at the discretion of and subject to change by the Law Society of Singapore. You shall be solely responsible for processing your own application for rebate by the Law Society of Singapore, and Thomson Reuters shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for administering the processing for your rebate.
• Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary herein, you may terminate the Package at any time within 30 days from the Commencement Date of the Fixed Term (“Limited Opt-Out Period”), by giving not less than seven (7) days written notice to Thomson Reuters, provided that you can furnish written evidence which reasonably demonstrates that your application for rebate by the Law Society of Singapore is unsuccessful. Upon termination of the Package, Thomson Reuters shall provide full refund of the payment made for the Package. For the avoidance of any doubt, if no notice of termination due to unsuccessful rebate application is received by Thomson Reuters pursuant to this clause upon the expiry of the Limited Opt-Out Period, no termination of the Package shall be granted within the Fixed Term.

This purchase order is an offer by you for the purchase of Digital Content Package specified in this purchase order (“Order”) from Thomson Reuters in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions set out below. This Order, together with the documents incorporated herein by reference, constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of the Order:
