About the Author

Wee Wui Kiat, an Advocate and an Accredited Mediator of the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak, was also admitted to practise as a barrister and solicitor by the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia. His wealth of experience covered both contentious and non-contentious family law matters including divorce and ancillary proceedings involving matrimonial property, maintenance and child custody.

Wui Kiat contributed three chapters to Law and Practice of Family Law in Malaysia – Marital Agreements, Trusts and Divorce, and The Law Relating to Children.
