ABOUT THE AUTHORS:

Tunku Intan Mainura Tunku Makmar Nizamuddin is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She holds a PhD from the Newcastle University, United Kingdom, an LLM from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom and an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia. She was called to the Bar as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1994. Prior to pursuing her career as an academic with UiTM in 1998, she was an in-house legal advisor with a public company. She teaches Malaysian Legal System and Public International Law. She has authored several books including Outer Space Law – Questions and Answers and published several research papers on outer space law and policy. She is also the Subject Consultant for Malaysian Legal System for the “Courtroom to Classroom – MYC2C” programme, a collaborative project between UiTM and the Malaysian Judiciary in 2019.
 
Azni Mohd Dian is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). A PhD holder from UiTM, Azni was in legal practice for 10 years before joining UiTM as an academic. She was a co-author for the Manual on Malaysian Legal System which was prepared for the students in the Distance Learning Programme (e-PJJ) of UiTM. She has published articles on land, environmental and heritage law matters. Azni teaches undergraduate courses such as land and conveyancing law which apply many aspects of the legal system in Malaysia. She is also one of the consultants in the academic collaboration between UiTM and Institut Latihan Kehakiman dan Perundangan (ILKAP) in preparing the curriculum structure for the Executive Diploma in Enforcement Law programme. 
 
Siti Nuramani Abdul Manab is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). She studied law in UiTM where she obtained her LLB (Hons) in 2007 and LLM in 2009. She was a deputy public prosecutor at the Attorney General’s Chambers for two years before joining the academia in 2010. She has been teaching law for nearly a decade and among her subjects are Malaysian Legal System, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. Her research interests cover various areas of law including the Malaysian Legal System where she participates actively in academic conferences at national and international levels.
