Dr Mohammad Rizal Salim is Associate Professor of Law at the University of Nottingham Malaysia campus. He teaches company law and corporate governance at Nottingham Malaysia as well as at the University of Malaya's Law Faculty where he lectures corporate governance and comparative corporate governance for their LLM programme. Dr Rizal sits on the editorial advisory boards of and is regular reviewer for several law journals, and has written books, journal articles and reports on company law and corporate governance.With Overview by Mohammad Rizal Salim
